| Home Addition--South Lakeland |
| This project involved adding a wing onto the existing home which wrapped around the existing pool. Based on interviews with the client, Lenox design services designed a new casual living space, plus two additional bedrooms, with an adjoining Jack and Jill bath. The new addition was connected to the existing home via a gallery that also serves as a study/computer area. |

Garage Addition--Lake Hollingsworth Area

| This project involved adding free-standing garage adjacent to an existing home and attaching it to the home via a covered breezeway. Lenox designers took great care to incorporate the classic architectural styling of the original home into the garage and specified materials and finishes which made the new structure's integration with the original home virtually seamless. |

Home Addition--Cleveland Heights |
| For this home, Lenox designed a new wing for this traditional two-story home, which balanced the existing wing on the left side of the home. Great care was taken to precisely match the materials and design of the original home which was built in the 1960's. The wing included an informal living area, as well as a master bedroom/bath suite, with custom designed cabinetry and fixtures which were chosen in concert with the the owner's personal preferences and lifestyle. |

Interior Renovation --Grasslands |
| This project involved the conversion of a small den area into a luxury master closet by redesigning and renovating the master bath to provide access to the new closet area. In addition, the entry foyer of the home was renovated to change what was formerly an open dining area into a cozy home office. |

Mid Century Home Renovation --Beacon Hill Area |
| This project involved remodeling the living area, kitchen and master bath of this mid-century bungalow-style home. In addition, the electrical system of the home was replaced, and new recessed lighting was added to provide a contemporay style to what was previously a traditional home design. |

Master Bath Renovation--South Lakeland |
| Lenox Builders completed renovated the master bath space in this South Lakeland executive home, originally built in 1996. A small shower and garden tub were replaced with a luxurious Roman Shower, and new cabinetry, trim and fixtures were added to create a sumptuous new bath environment. |

| Lenox Builders turned a small concrete patio into a luxurious outdoor living space, complete with stone fireplace and outdoor kitchen. The expanded patio effectively became an inviting outdoor room addition. |
